There are four automatic scholarships available to Southeastern’s new Oklahoma-resident freshmen. No application is required for these scholarships. All students who match the qualifications will be eligible to receive them.
Oklahoma Residents who transfer to Southeastern and are receiving the Oklahoma State Regents’ Rising Scholars Award are eligible to continue receiving their scholarships at Southeastern. They should complete the General Scholarship application with the Oklahoma State Regents, linked to start that transfer process. Rising Scholars may transfer to another public or private Oklahoma college or university at any time.
Automatic Scholarships do not stack with Scholar Programs scholarships (i.e., Honors Program, PLC, JMLS, and Parsons) or State Scholarships (Oklahoma Rising Scholars and Regional Baccalaureate Scholarship). Automatic Scholarships are renewable for multiple semesters. To renew these scholarships each term, students must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and full-time enrollment.
