The Storm Exchange

Welcome to The Storm Exchange, a student organization, merchant, and community fair hosted by Southeastern Oklahoma State University during Welcome Week 2026.

This event is completely free for vendors, organizations, and students. Held inside the Student Union, The Storm Exchange is a direct line to hundreds of new and returning SE students during Welcome Week.

Whether you are a student organization recruiting new members, a university department sharing resources, or a local business promoting careers, internships, products, or services, this is your platform. Connect. Inspire. Build something that lasts.

Once a registration form is submitted, our office will follow up by email or phone to confirm participation. Tables are limited, so early registration is recommended.

Items are unloaded at the white tent location at The Loop in front of the Student Union. Vendors transport materials into the Student Union from that point. Please arrive within your check-in window. Enter campus via University Boulevard to 5th Street for the most direct access. Larger setups, such as a cooker or trailer, may unload directly at The Loop entrance.

Vendors are responsible for their own parking. Available areas include lots near the Fine Arts Recital Hall, Russell Building, and Science Building. These are examples only. Vendors should park wherever space is available and plan accordingly. A rolling cart is strongly recommended.

Each registered participant receives one table and two chairs. The majority of tables are located inside the Student Union on the first and second floors, providing a cooler, comfortable environment out of the August heat. Larger rigs and some tabling will need to be outside. Table placement is final once set. Please do not block sidewalks, ramps, or ADA access points during loading.

There is no access to power. No electrical outlets or charging ports are available. Please bring battery-powered equipment as needed.

Tables are limited and confirmed on a first come, first confirmed basis.

Outdoor vendors should plan for weather and bring a tent and any materials needed.

Please bring everything you need. On-site resupply is not available.
