Welcome to the registration form for Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s 2025 Welcome Week Student Organization & Merchant Fair! This event is completely FREE for you to attend and completely FREE for our students. Sign Up HERE.
Whether you are a student organization at Southeastern, a Southeastern department, or a local business looking to promote gym memberships, career opportunities, bakery services, cosmetology, professional development, community serve, and more, your participation will provide the opportunity to engage directly with Southeastern students and community members, share your success stories, and build valuable relationships.
Event Details:
Date: Tuesday, August 19, 2025
Set-Up Time: 9:00 AM (Check-in at the Big White Tent on the University Loop)
Event Duration: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: Inside the Student Union and in the Student Union Plaza for larger setups and showcase pieces.
Please note: Tables are limited (One per organization/Merchant), and there will be NO access to power (plugs and charge ports), so plan accordingly. Bringing your own tables, outdoor tents, and stand-alone battery chargers for any electronic needs will greatly benefit your setup.
We anticipate welcoming a record-breaking number of participants, including over 400 freshmen attendees and our existing student population. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with potential customers and passionate consumers eager to discover what you, our local and home-grown vendors, have to offer. SEE YOU THERE!
