How do I find my MAC Address?

How do I find the MAC address of my gaming console, Kindle, Apple TV, or Roku?

To find the MAC address of your device, please select from the list below:

  • Xbox One | Xbox 360
  • Playstation 4 | Playstation 3
  • Nintendo Wii U | Nintendo Wii | Nintendo 3DS | Nintendo Switch
  • Kindle Fire | Kindle Paperwhite & Kindle First Generation
  • Apple TV
  • Roku

    Xbox One

     

    1. From the main Xbox One homepage, select My Games & Apps
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Network
    4. Select Advanced Settings
    5. Your Wired and Wireless MAC addresses will be listed on the right

    Xbox 360

    1. Select My Xbox
    2. Select System Settings
    3. Select Network Settings
    4. Select Configure Network
    5. Select Advanced Settings from the Additional Settings tab
    6. Select Alternate Mac Address
    7. Your MAC address will be listed

    Playstation 4

    1. Select Settings
    2. Select System
    3. Select System Information
    4. Your MAC address will be listed.

    Playstation 3

    1. Select Settings
    2. Select System Settings
    3. Select System Information
    4. Your MAC address will be listed next to MAC address

    Nintendo Wii U

    1. Select System Settings
    2. Select Internet
    3. Select View MAC Address
    4. Your MAC address will be listed

    Nintendo Wii

    1. Select Wii Settings
    2. Select Internet
    3. Select Console Settings

    Nintendo 3DSXL, 3DS, 2DS

    1. Select System Settings
    2. Select Internet Settings
    3. Select Other Information
    4. Select Confirm MAC address

    Nintendo Switch

    1. From the Home menu, select System Settings
    2. Select Internet
    3. Your MAC address will be listed under System MAC Address

    Kindle Fire

    1. From the Home screen, select the gear icon
    2. Select More +
    3. Select Device
    4. Your MAC address will be listed under Wi-Fi MAC Address

    Kindle Paperwhite / First Generation

    1. From the home screen, select Menu
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Menu
    4. Select Device Info
    5. Your MAC address will be listed under Wi-Fi MAC Address

    Apple TV

    1. Select Settings
    2. Select About
    3. Your MAC address will be listed next to Ethernet ID

    or

    1. You can also find your MAC address on the UPC label of your Apple TV labeled as Ethernet ID

    Roku

    1. From the Home screen, press Up to show the menu bar
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Player Info
    4. Your MAC address will be listed
