- In-person campus tours now available
With continued poor travel conditions and cold temperatures, Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be closed through Friday, January 30, in the interest of health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Essential services will be provided to residential students on campus, but other academic and business functions will be closed. Online and remote learning classes will proceed as scheduled. This closure applies to the Durant and McCurtain County campuses. Other satellite facilities will follow local guidance.

DURANT, Okla. – Matthew Vaughn, a prospective student from Murray State College and Marietta, Oklahoma, tours the Southeastern Oklahoma State University campus Thursday morning with president Thomas Newsom and Sarah Hughes of the Office of Admissions and Recruitment. The tour included stops in the library, student union, and residence hall. The campus reopened to the public on July 6, and buildings and offices remain open Monday-Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through July 31. Regular Monday-through-Friday business hours (8-5) take effect on August 3. Fall classes begin on August 17 at the University. To schedule a campus tour, go to https://www.se.edu/admission/visit/
