DURANT, Okla. – Although the COVID-19 pandemic halted homecoming plans at Southeastern Oklahoma State University this fall, plans are in the works to engage alumni with the campus community.
The University is putting together a series of virtual events for the week of November 11-14.
Among the planned activities/events are video greetings to alumni from president Thomas Newsom, Alumni Association president Andrea Rogers Mersiovsky, and Student Government Association president Anna Antuono.
Also scheduled are video tours of the Magnolia House, Southeastern’s new athletic facilities, and updates from student organizations. A complete schedule of virtual activities will be announced in the near future.
All of the events will be accessible on the alumni Facebook page www.facebook.com/SOSUAlumni/.
