DURANT, Okla. – Although the COVID-19 pandemic halted homecoming plans at Southeastern Oklahoma State University this fall, a number of activities are in place to engage alumni with the campus community.
The University is putting together a series of virtual events for the week of November 11-14.
Among the planned activities/events are video comments to alumni from president Thomas Newsom, Alumni Association president Andrea Rogers Mersiovsky, and Student Government Association president Anna Antuono.
Also scheduled are video tours of the Magnolia House, Southeastern’s new athletic facilities, the Semple Family Museum of Native American Art, Aviation Sciences, a special interview with Distinguished Alumnus Rick Wells from his restaurant in McKinney, Texas, and updates from student organizations.
