Southeastern offering incentive to students, faculty and staff who receive vaccine

In an effort to protect the campus community and to stress the importance of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination, Southeastern Oklahoma State University is providing a one-time incentive to those providing proof of their COVID-19 vaccination.

All currently enrolled part-time and full-time students are eligible for the $100 vaccine incentive. All actively employed part-time and full-time staff, actively employed full-time, part-time and adjunct faculty are eligible for the $125 vaccine incentive.

The COVID Vaccination is not required by Southeastern Oklahoma State University and participation in this incentive program is completely voluntary.

Southeastern is also partnering with the Oklahoma State Department of Health to provide free COVID-19 vaccinations to the campus and community. The OSDH Mobile Unit will be on campus to provide Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

Vaccinations will be available between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on the loop in front of the Glen D. Johnson Student Union. A photo ID is required. For a second dose, an official vaccination card is required. The vaccinations will be offered on August 25, September 8 and September 22.
