- Southeastern closed on July 4
With continued poor travel conditions and cold temperatures, Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be closed through Friday, January 30, in the interest of health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Essential services will be provided to residential students on campus, but other academic and business functions will be closed. Online and remote learning classes will proceed as scheduled. This closure applies to the Durant and McCurtain County campuses. Other satellite facilities will follow local guidance.
Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in observance of Independence Day. Regular business hours will resume on Wednesday, July 5.
As a reminder, Southeastern’s summer hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday through July 28.
Summer Commencement is July 28-29; fall classes begin Aug. 21.
