The Henry G. Bennett Memorial Library is hosting a book signing event for two former SE Staff and Alumni on Thursday, October 26, from 4-7 p.m. on the main floor of the library.
Please come to hear the authors read excerpts from their books and to get a chance to meet the authors during the signing.
Meet the Authors:
Bruce Jackson: A proud SE alum, Bruce brings fact-based legends to life through his suspenseful book series. Immerse yourself in tales that beautifully intertwine fiction with our very own SE! He also showcases his artistic talent as he masterfully illustrates All three books, bringing an extra layer of visual appeal to their tales.
Jenetta Jackson: Celebrating her Choctaw heritage, Jenetta, another cherished SE alumna, presents her debut book, “Adventures of Mews; A Cat’s Tale,” in a storytelling style that resonates with the Choctaw narrative tradition.
Both authors have not only studied and grown at SE but have also worked passionately within these hallowed halls, making this event a homecoming of sorts.
