- 2024 PI-STEM Academy at Southeastern applications now open
If you are having trouble logging in to your student email or other SE web resources, please clear your browser cache and restart the browser, use an incognito/private window, or select “Use Another Account” on the login screen and re-enter your credentials. These steps should restore access on your device.
Registration is now open for the 2024 PI-STEM Academy, which will be hosted by Southeastern Oklahoma State University on June 3-7. The event is free of charge and is open to upcoming 8th and 9th graders who reside in Oklahoma.
Events will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Information on the schedule and application is available at https://www.se.edu/math/pi-stem-academy-2024/.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education provide Summer Academy funding for Oklahoma students to attend Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math learning experiences. The PI-STEM Academy at Southeastern Oklahoma State University has been awarded a grant to provide a free STEM Academy for Oklahoma students.
Applications are now open, with selection of students beginning in April.
The PI-STEM Academy will engage incoming 8th and 9th graders in exploring and solving problems related to water rocket and balloon launching, paper plane design, drone programming, and more.
Every participant will receive a t-shirt and lunch will be provided daily.
