Fall 2024 graduates celebrated at commencement exercises

The Fall 2024 graduating class of graduate and baccalaureate degree and certificate recipients was celebrated on Friday, December 13, and Saturday, December 14, in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The fall 2024 graduating class is the largest fall graduating class in the university’s history, with 687 students graduating – 199 baccalaureate degree recipients and 488 graduate degree and certificate recipients. There are representatives from 44 states and territories, six countries, and 13 sovereign tribal nations. Within the graduating class, 275 graduates  – over 40 percent – have indicated first-generation status, with 39 indicating legacy status – having a parent or grandparent who previously graduated from Southeastern.
