Southeastern and First United Bank recognize exemplary high school students at 2026 Tri-County Honors program

First United Bank and Southeastern Oklahoma State University teamed up to recognize outstanding high school students Tuesday night at the Tri-County Honors event at the Visual & Performing Arts Center.

Oklahoma state Senator David Bullard (R-Durant) was guest speaker.

First United Bank regional market president Brandon Johnson was the event’s host, with Southeastern president Dr. David Whitlock offering welcoming remarks. Brett Rogers, First United’s Durant Community Bank President, introduced educators and bank presidents for the award presentations.

Students from high schools and tech centers in Bryan, Choctaw, and Marshall Counties received medals and certificates in recognition of their academic performance and leadership.
