- Southeastern to hold Spring 2026 commencement ceremonies on May 8 & 9

Southeastern Oklahoma State University will hold its 2026 spring commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 8, and Saturday, May 9, in Durant.
On Friday, May 8, master’s degrees and certificates will be conferred at 6 p.m., and Saturday, May 9, baccalaureate degrees will be awarded at 9 a.m.
The Spring 2026 graduating class will see 843 total students graduating – 336 baccalaureate degree recipients, 446 graduate degree recipients, and 61 certificate recipients. There are representatives from 43 states and U.S. territories, seven countries, and 15 sovereign tribal nations.
Within the graduating class, 291 graduates – 34.5 percent of the graduating class – have indicated first-generation status, with 103 indicating legacy status – having a parent or grandparent who previously graduated from Southeastern. All 843 member of the class are graduating with a degree in Oklahoma’s critical occupation listing.
Both ceremonies will be held in Bloomer Sullivan Arena and will also be available for viewing online at www.SE.edu and on the SE Facebook and YouTube pages.
