Biography

Josie Barela is an assistant athletic trainer at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Barela is responsible for providing care and prevention for student-athletes, communicating with medical community regarding athletic related injuries and illnesses, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and institutional rules and regulations. Barela has been in her current position since June 2022.
