Biography

OrLandrus (O.L.) Kelly is the assistant dean of students/deputy title IX coordinator and deputy equity officer at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. O.L. is responsible for administering the University Code of Conduct, serve as deputy title IX coordinator and respond to allegations and behavioral misconduct, and serving as a resource person for the University community for students right and conduct issues. Kelly has been in his current position since October 2021.
