Theatre at Southeastern – “Suffrage”

The season begins with a new drama “Suffrage” based on the centennial of the passage of the 19^th amendment giving women the right to vote. “Suffrage” looks at the broad topic of voter rights through the eyes of an Oklahoma movement leader Aloysius Larch-Miller, who gave her very life to ensure that the Oklahoma legislature voted to ratify the important amendment.
